With online personal training from Fitness Health Revolution, you’ll receive weekly workout plans customized just for you. This is the most comprehensive and personalized training. It includes weekly check-ins and program adjustments to ensure you continue to make progress. And of course, tons of motivation and support!
Once you choose a program length and make your purchase make sure to complete your Client Health & Fitness Questionnaire. The Client Health & Fitness Questionnaire will tell us more about your current health and fitness levels as well as your goals. This will help us to create a custom plan just for you based on your current fitness level, amount of time you have to workout, equipment you have access to, and of course, your personal fitness goals.
Regardless of the program length you choose, you will receive only one week of workouts at a time, this is so we can check in with you each week to see how things are going and make adjustments as needed. This way we can make sure you keep progressing. You will use our Client Check-In Form each week to give us updates on your progress. It is your responsibility to check-in each week. You will submit a check-in every Friday and receive your next week’s program each Sunday.
We will be here along the way for any questions you may have and of course, to provide constant encouragement.
We cannot begin to design your program until we have received your Client Health & Fitness Questionnaire, so make sure to complete it as soon as possible. All plans will be sent out on Sundays (this way you may begin your new workouts every Monday), however please allow 5-7 business days to receive your program after you have submitted your completed forms.
