Hi, I’m Mallorie Mae, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer
and your coach here on Fitness Health Revolution. I have fallen in love with health and fitness, so much so that I wanted to launch this site to help others with their own health and fitness goals. Fitness has really become a lifestyle for me but the truth is, I was not always into fitness and have not always led a healthy lifestyle. I think my high school gym teacher would be shocked to know that I am a personal trainer now. I went from doing anything I could to get out of gym class to freaking out if I miss a day of lifting. I wasn’t always in shape. Back around the time I graduated high school, I was actually considered overweight by BMI charts (I hate those by the way). I’ve been through many stages of unhealthy, from eating too much, to not eating enough; from not working out at all, to working out excessively. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I finally learned what it really meant to be healthy and got into a good routine of eating healthy and working out. Healthy really is a lifestyle, it’s not a diet, its not temporary. You have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle to be able to see the changes in yourself that you are seeking. So why am I telling you all this? I think it’s important to share with you all where I started, because some of you might be there right now. And starting is the hardest part of this journey, but if I can do it, so can you. And I’m here to help you along the way.
So let me tell you a little about Fitness Health Revolution,
how it started, and what we will offering here. I became a certified personal trainer, in part, for my own education, but also, because I had fallen in love with fitness and thought that the ability to teach and help other people would be a great way to spend my days. Now I could have gone the traditional route and worked in a gym as a personal trainer. But I wanted to be able to reach as many people as possible, not just those of you here in Philly. Not only does this website enable me to reach more people, but it offers a different style of training. Now online personal training isn’t for everyone, some people need someone right by their side, pushing them through the workout, and that’s okay. But there are also plenty of people who want to be able to do it on their own, with a little guidance, of course. With online personal training, I provide you with customized workout plans each week, and you can follow them on your own, without anyone breathing down your neck. However, I am always here for help, questions, and motivation whenever it is needed. Working online also enables me to offer a lot of different services as well that might not be found in every gym such as macro planning and soon, health coaching and meal plans. We also have lots of free resources with more coming soon. We have free health and fitness articles, and soon will have a comprehensive exercise database and free full length workout videos.
